Hiroshima, Japan; October 12, 2017 - SATAKE will exhibit its optical sorters and plastic processing equipment at the International Plastic Fair (IPF) Japan 2017, Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan.
IPF Japan is held once in every 3 years exhibiting every aspect of the plastic and rubber industry from raw materials to recycling equipment. 778 vendors are expected to occupy 54,000sqm space in Makuhari Messe, one of the largest convention centers in Japan. Along with IPF held in both USA and Germany, taking turns each year, the exhibition attracts visitors from around the globe.
To further meet the demands for product quality and production efficiency in the plastics industry, Satake will demonstrate its latest optical sorter, the FMS2000-F. Its full color CCD camera differentiates the slightest differences in product color, and its shape sorting capability precisely separates irregular shape products. Also demonstrated is the mechanical irregular shape plastic pellet sorter, PS304F. Unlike more common sieve or mesh style sorters, the PS304F utilizes a clog-free indent plate to separate irregular shape plastic such as connected pellets.
Satake booth, number 61311, is located in Hall number 6. Other equipment displayed at the booth are a high performance double pass belt type optical sorter, the PCS600BFD, and processing machineries such as a plastic pellet cleaner. Larger equipment such as a plastics recycle system are panel displayed at the booth.
