REACH 7.0 at Nice Rice

Penrith, Australia; October 14, 2025 - SATAKE announces its Australian subsidiary, Satake Australia Pty., Ltd. has successfully delivered a complete rice mill to Honestly Riverina Pty. Ltd. (DBA: Nice Rice) in Riverina, New South Wales, Australia.

Nice Rice was established in 2021 by 10 rice farmers from Riverina region, where 98% of the rice in the country is produced, aiming to "grow the world's highest quality rice while minimizing environmental impact and delivering it directly to consumers", according to the company's official.

Satake took full turnkey approach to the Nice Rice project and provided its REACH 7.0, semi-assembled rice production plant designed to maximize both the milling quality and installation efficiency. It can process 7 metric tons of incoming paddy per hour.

Also provided were the grain storage and handling equipment such as three 167-ton silos, one 150cubic meter husk bin, and bulk handling and structural supports.
