Hiroshima, Japan; June 22, 2024 - Satake Corporation announces recipients for its global Excellent Employee Award 2023.
Prairach Mahasiripan, a lead of Service Team at SATAKE (THAILAND) CO., LTD., and his team members won the Grand Prize based on their outstanding performance and contribution to the Satake group.
Further 9 employees from 3 Satake global offices were awarded First Place, and 10 employees from 4 offices were awarded Inspire Award.
"I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the award recipients for fulfilling their responsibilities to support our customers and as a result, making great contributions to the Satake group. It is people like them who encourage and motivate the group to become one Satake team to continue achieving our goals." says Kazuhisa Matsumoto, president of the Satake Corporation.
Prairach Mahasiripan commented "We are very happy that our challenges at Satake Thailand were highly regarded. My team has been utilizing on-line our videos and maintenance information through SNS. Although the work involves making full use of computers and mobile phones, which I personally struggle sometime, we all feel it is a powerful tool to be able to share with customers in Thailand and ASEAN countries our technical knowledge and expertise. After receiving the prize, I gave gifts to my wife and children, who looked after our home during my frequent business trips and always welcomed me warmly when I returned. It was rewarding to see the happy smiles on their faces. We will continue to work hard and do our best to meet expectations from our customers."
The Satake Excellent Employee Award was established in 2019 and is awarded annually to its global employees who exhibit outstanding performance and contribution.
