Smallest Model and High Efficiency Flow Scale Released

Hiroshima, Japan; March 6, 2025 - Satake announces the addition of the new IFW10-T, the smallest and most efficient flow scale in the IFW series. The IFW10-T boasts a high weighing capacity while maintaining the smallest footprint in its class. With a capacity of up to 15 ton per hour (white rice), it provides a fast and accurate weighing solution as a control scale for each section.

This product features a built-in weighing data communication function, and in addition to conventional serial communication, we have added a Mod-bus communication function via LAN cable. The system displays weighing information on both the touch panel attached to the main unit and the central operation system, allowing for continuous monitoring of the processing yield. The collected information facilitates process improvement and lowers operating costs.

 The IFW model includes a feeding section, weighing section, and discharge section. With a compact design measuring only 0.7 x 0.6 x 0.3 meters, it meets the weighing needs of unit processes in each section. It can weigh brown rice (hulling process) and white rice (milling process), enhancing convenience and optimizing line design through effective yield control. All parts of the main body that come into contact with raw materials are made of stainless steel, ensuring hygiene and minimizing the risk of contamination. Additionally, all compartments are easily accessible for simple cleaning and maintenance.
