New addition to EZER series
EZER 1251 for higher capacity demands

Hiroshima, Japan; March 27, 2025 - Satake announces the addition of the EZER1251, the largest model to its optical sorter EZER series.
This new EZER1251 was developed to meet the rising demands for capacity and performance from our customers by combining EZER 951 and EZER 351. The machine features a large touchscreen that allows the operator to control both machines from a single panel. It also incorporates flexibility of using quadruple-pass sorting for better rejections. Operators can prioritize capacity or performance based on the input material and desired output.
The EZER series offers stable performance, and advanced software to evaluate the color profile of the target defect and automatically creates the optimum sensitivity setting.
LED lighting is used in the light source section for optimal performance and long lifetime to reduce the machine's running cost.
Utilizing an RGB full color camera, it detects and identifies subtle color differences just like the human eye and can recognize even difficult targets such as light-yellow grains, for example. Like other EZER series, EZER1251 incorporates shape recognition technology, enabling sorting by shape, such as breakage or adhered.
Additionally, reliable Japanese designed ejectors and electronics ensure easy and stable operation, and extremely accurate and controllable sort to ensure a clean and safe final product.
EZER is also designed with an open frame for easy cleaning to prevent contamination and convenient access for maintenance.
