IFW10CF

Hiroshima, Japan; April 6, 2026 - Satake launched the Constant Flow Weigher (model: IFW10CF), an extremely compact unit that provides the high accuracy and stable material flow required for precision rice blending and accurate flow control.

The IFW10CF is a compact and high-speed constant flow weigher designed for precise grain weight measurement and stable discharge control. With its high‑precision weighing capability and exceptionally low take‑out variation, the IFW10CF is ideal for use in high‑precision blending and material handling management.

With ability to maintain a steady flow from start to finish, the IFW10CF enables synchronized multi-unit operation without blending errors. The supply and discharge shutters are air-cylinder operated, while the motor-driven flow valve ensures smooth, automated control. Also, its compact 605 mm height and very short weighing cycle support flow rates of up to 15 t/h. This makes IFW10CF suitable for fast‑paced and space-limited operation environments. 

The IFW10CF is equipped with RS422A and Modbus TCP/IP communication interfaces, providing noise‑resistant data transmission and high‑speed Ethernet connectivity.
This enables real‑time monitoring, seamless integration with factory control systems, and easy remote configuration.

Additionally, the IFW10CF is designed for reliable performance and easy maintenance, offering improved usability in grain weighing operations. This delivers continuous, precise weighing and enables faster, smoother maintenance.
