This notice is to inform that we have transferred our ballast water inspection equipment business to Technos Mihara Corporation in April 25 2025. In accordance with the business transfer, manufacturing, sales and maintenance of Viable Organism Analyzer (Ballast Eye: VOA1000K) and Viable Organism Sampler (Ballast Catch: VOS01SP), which were sold through MOL Techno-Trade, Ltd. is now transferred to Technos Mihara Corporation, which will continue to provide ballast water inspection equipment to meet the needs of our customers.
