Reduction of running costs through power reduction
The use of cBN (cubic boron nitride) abrasive roll with high grain hardness and durability has reduced the power consumption of the main motor compared to conventional machines. In addition, the milling processing time has been shortened.
cBN abrasive roll
Compatible with flattened milling
By milling the rice into a flattened shape, unnecessary proteins are removed and the necessary starch is left without waste. However, because crushed rice tends to occur, it has been necessary to mill the rice for a long time. The combination of cBN abrasive roll and air pressure load control device has reduced the processing time for flat milling compared to conventional machines.
